Epaulette Shark

The Epaulette Shark is a small, nocturnal shark native to the shallow coral reefs of Australia and New Guinea. Known for its unique ability to 'walk' on its fins across the sea floor and even survive out of water for short periods, it is easily recognized by the distinctive spots on its body that resemble military epaulettes.
