
The Pig-Nosed Turtle is a unique freshwater turtle native to northern Australia and southern New Guinea. It is known for its distinctive pig-like snout, flipper-like limbs, and preference for rivers and lagoons. Unlike most turtles, it has a leathery shell and is an excellent swimmer.
