Crosier

A crosier is a ceremonial staff carried by high-ranking Roman Catholic, Eastern Orthodox, Anglican, and some Lutheran and other bishops and abbots as a symbol of their pastoral office and authority. It is often ornate and shaped like a shepherd's crook, representing guidance and leadership within the church.
