By accessing and using Thiings, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Thiings provides a platform for accessing, downloading, and generating icons and design assets. We offer free individual downloads and multiple paid license tiers for accessing the full collection. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any assets
  • Not redistribute or resell our assets without proper licensing

Thiings offers the following license tiers. Each tier grants specific usage rights. Please choose the license that matches your use case.

Free License

  • Download individual icons
  • Personal, non-commercial use
  • Attribution required
  • No full collection download
  • No commercial or client work
  • No redistribution

Personal / Indie ($49 lifetime)

  • Full collection download
  • Commercial use for small teams
  • Digital and print use
  • All future updates included
  • No attribution required
  • Not included: Teams over 10 employees, Client work, Templates, UI kits, or asset resale, Platforms or user-facing libraries

Studio / Agency ($199 lifetime)

  • Full collection download
  • Use across multiple client projects
  • Digital and print use
  • All future updates included
  • One license per company
  • Not included: Templates or asset resale, Platforms or builders

Enterprise (Custom pricing)

  • Broad internal use
  • Digital and print
  • Legal-friendly terms
  • All future updates included
  • Contact sales

Platform / Redistribution (Custom pricing)

  • User-facing asset libraries
  • Builders and template systems
  • Education and publishing platforms
  • Custom terms and pricing
  • Contact for licensing

Important: If your product lets users browse, select, or reuse icons, you need a Platform license, even if the platform is closed or educational.

5. Icon Usage Terms

When downloading and using our icons, you agree to the following terms based on your license tier:

  • No Resale: You may not resell the icons in any form (unless covered by a Platform license)
  • No Redistribution: You may not redistribute the icons or make them available for download elsewhere (unless covered by a Platform license)
  • Attribution for Free Use: Free downloads require visible attribution to thiings.co

6. Prohibited Content

The following types of content and usage are strictly prohibited on our platform:

  • Illegal Activities: Content promoting or facilitating illegal activities, including but not limited to drugs, weapons, or counterfeit goods
  • Adult Content: Pornographic material, explicit sexual content, or adult services
  • Hate Speech: Content promoting discrimination, harassment, or violence against individuals or groups
  • Malicious Content: Malware, phishing attempts, or other harmful code
  • Spam: Deceptive practices, scams, or unsolicited commercial content
  • Copyright Infringement: Unauthorized use of copyrighted material, including media, software, or text
  • Personal Information: Publishing others' personal or confidential information without consent
  • Impersonation: Content that misleads or defrauds by impersonating people or organizations
  • Unauthorized Redistribution: Reselling or redistributing our assets without proper licensing

7. Pricing and Payments

Our service offers various pricing options:

  • Free: Individual icon downloads for personal, non-commercial use
  • Personal / Indie: $49 one-time payment for lifetime access
  • Studio / Agency: $199 one-time payment for client work
  • Enterprise & Platform: Custom pricing (contact us)
  • Credits: Pay-as-you-go for generating new icons

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. License purchases are for lifetime access and are non-refundable. Credits purchased do not expire and are non-refundable.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any violation of these terms. In case of termination, you will lose access to premium features, but your previously downloaded assets may continue to be used according to your license terms at the time of download.

10. Limitation of Liability

Thiings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
