Victorian Spirit Board

A Victorian Spirit Board, also known as a talking board or Ouija board, is a flat board marked with letters, numbers, and symbols, used during the Victorian era for spiritualism and attempts to communicate with spirits. Participants place their hands on a planchette, which is believed to move and spell out messages from the beyond.
