Sakura Mochi

Sakura Mochi is a traditional Japanese sweet made of pink-colored glutinous rice filled with sweet red bean paste and wrapped in a pickled cherry blossom leaf. It is often enjoyed during spring, especially for the Hinamatsuri (Doll Festival) and cherry blossom viewing.
